Shipping Methods & Policies

We exclusively use the US Postal Service to ship your orders. SHIPPING POLICY: Please make sure that you choose the appropriate shipping method for your items. We choose the least expensive/fastest option for you to get your products. If you choose a more expensive option (e.g., Ground vs. USPS First Class, and the item is not something that must ship ground), the difference in shipping will NOT be refunded to you. Please choose carefully.

We make every effort to ship your order within 5 - 10 business days. If your order is delayed for some reason, we will contact you by phone or email with a status.

Please keep in mind that our order fulfillment is twice as fast as the competition (those who make handmade products from scratch). Please check your order date before contacting us about the status of your order. When we have to reply to your message about a product you ordered yesterday, it slows down our progress getting to your order. Thank you!

Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect. You may send the item you consider defective to: 6565 East Livingston Avenue, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, We will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
